shabby exterior, uncomfortable bed
the room was clean and had good hot water.
the outside looked a bit run down. parking was tight and highway noise was hard to ignore.

Little place, I liked affable personnel.
There were a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a living area in my standard cabin. Liked view of garden. Its easy, central location was a plus. And it was also close to shops and restaurants, the tennis court & children's playground and the Gold Coast.

Had a jolly time in my spacious cabin—perfect for family chaos and lovingly equipped for my culinary exploits. But sleeping next to a highway? Delightfully rattling! Guess I'll need earplugs and a soundproof wall next time!

The gas stove top was excellent.
The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, the pillows were uncomfortable, the room was very small and everything was old and some things were in disrepair.

I thoroughly enjoyed exceptionally comfortable room here.
Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Coffs Harbour. Quiet little hotel, stayed here for 1 night and had a nice experience.

the outdoor pool was immaculate, and we loved the cozy vibe of the garden area. One little thing to note is that the traffic noise from the highway can be a bit much at night, but it didn’t take away from the overall fun we had. 🌞.
